Dr. Yahya Mansour, nicknamed Dr. Soft Hands due to his compassion for others, approaches his life and career with a focus on servant leadership and on what he can do for others to reach their dreams—not on what others can do for him. His definition of success is to be a positive and disruptive game changer in dentistry by creating other leaders who will offer patient-centered care.  The way to do this is to build cultures based on meaningful relationships in communities. Nothing brings Dr. Mansour more joy than to grow practices, mentor Dr’s and to scale this on another level that the world has ever seen.  With a strong emphasis on quality being the driving force behind scaling healthcare, it is a beautiful synergy between healthcare and entrepreneurship that is the future of dentistry.

With a lifelong passion for business, self-development, and leadership, Dr. Mansour works to educate everyone on the importance of oral healthcare as the key to total body health, and a better quality of life. He educates and empowers his patients about the link between oral health and their systemic health. He also strives to have meaningful conversations with those who are unaware that a healthy mouth is an essential part of a healthy life. If you look at the trajectory of someone’s life after achieving oral health vs before, the results speak for themselves

In building his practices, Dr. Mansour created a culture of leadership and excellence to maintain the quality of care and to ensure that oral health is promoted as an essential part of overall well-being. He also works tirelessly to create leaders throughout the field of dentistry so that others can spread a culture of dental excellence and offer patients open access to education.

Dr. Mansour began his academic studies as a Business major while playing College Soccer, but realized he wanted to become a dentist while helping his father and mother open up their second dental office in Irvine, CA. He quickly changed majors and went on to graduate cum laude from UC Riverside with two Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Neuroscience. He then obtained a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.

In 2008, Dr. Mansour graduated with a D.D.S. from the prestigious University of the Pacific and began practicing dentistry in California and Texas. His focus continues to be on implants and sedation. In May of 2013, he earned the prestigious Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), then he decided a Fellowship wasn’t enough, he wanted to get his Diplomate status, an achievement only held by 2,000 dentists worldwide.  He earned his Diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (DICOI) in February 2017. That wasn’t enough for Dr Mansour, in April 2018, Dr Mansour earned his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), an honor only 7% of Dentists in the entire State of Texas hold.

Dr. Mansour is maniacal about creating a positive dental experience for everyone who comes to his offices. He also works tirelessly to bring dental care to underprivileged children and to show them that dentistry can be fun. In fact, he was recently recognized by the Texas State House of Representatives in a Texas State Resolution for his efforts in providing care for the children affected by the Texas Orthodontic Crisis of 2011 along with his partners at Rodeo Dental.

As a vocal advocate for the importance of oral health in daily living, Dr. Mansour has written several published articles on the oral-systemic link as well as how implants can greatly improve quality of life and nutrition. In addition, he has been a guest several times on ABC’s “Good Morning Texas” as well as Fox’s “Good Morning Valley.” He is also proud to help in the community by providing oral healthcare with Save a Smile (founded by Cook Children’s and the Children’s Oral Health Coalition in Tarrant County) and Dentists Who Care, a nationally recognized Charity Organization that delivers Mobile Dental Care to the underserved in South Texas.
